- How is my Pop Art Portrait Packed for Delivery?

It is our goal here at popart.ie to have your Pop art portrait delivered in perfect condition.
Our professionally trained production team packs each portrait carefully to ensure safe arrival. Each portrait is wrapped with a layer of shrink-wrap that protects the surface, and then it is wrapped with a thick layer of heavy duty bubble wrap. We firmly secure your portrait in a sturdy, double layered, corrugated cardboard box to guarantee a safe arrival to its new home. Our packages travel all over the world and our team of experts will make sure that your Pop art portrait is as secured as can be.

 

 

- When Will my Pop Art Order be Delivered?

From the day we receive your photo and it is approved to be put in process it'll take approximately 10-14 business days to complete the entire order. (Please keep in mind that Holiday orders and requests for design changes are subject to extended delivery times).

Within 3-5 business days of receiving your photo/s we will e-mail you a design proof for your approval or modifications. We will not complete your portrait until you give us the go ahead.

Your satisfaction is our number one aim.

After we receive your approval your portrait will ship in approximately 2-3 business days. You will be notified by e-mail once it ships and you will receive a tracking number.

The duration of the process also depends on how quickly you reply to the proof, and how many color modifications you request (color changes will take 1-2 business day to complete).

 

 

- How Much do I Pay for Delivery?

We try to keep our shipping and handling fees as low as possible, however, to ensure that your artwork arrives as safe as possible, certain packaging and shipping measures apply. Our rates include the cost of parcel, labour, packaging materials and insurance.

These are the approximate delivery charges that will be added to your order at checkout.
We use An Post and all our deliveries are insured. If you are ordering more than 1 item, we will try to combine the shipping charges after you have placed your order and you will be notified of the new total once we receive your photos.

- Can you Ship Outside Ireland?

Yes! We ship internationally.

Popart.ie ships almost everywhere in the world. Please see our approximate international shipping charges. Once you place your order or after you contact us with your delivery address, we will give you an accurate shipping rate. Please note that the recipient is responsible for any custom, duty and/or brokerage fees associated with the shipment of your package. Custom policies vary widely from country to country; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. If these charges are not collected at time of delivery, we reserve the right to reimburse the collector directly and charge the fees to your account.

Most international orders are shipped via the Irish Post Office Priority Mail unless specifically requested otherwise. Delivery date and transit time may vary according to the country's customs policy, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments unless shipped with Fed Ex for an additional fee. Please note that all shipments are fully insured and we will ship a new package/portrait in the event of a loss or damage during shipment.

 

 

- Can I ship a Gift Directly to the Recipient?

Yes, our personalized Pop art portraits make wonderful surprise gifts and are always received with a great response. You can select the recipient's delivery address when placing your order and even ask us to include a personalized note with the package. If you already placed your order and need to change the shipping address or add a gift note please e-mail us at info@popart.ie with the information.

 

 

- Do I have to Sign for the Package?

Popart.ie delivers using An post, Irish Post Office Priority Mail. In most cases you will not be required to sign to receive your order. However if you wish to have your package sent by a courier delivery service, you will be required to sign for it.
